Hard to say because it's very situational, req isn't too good but a wanted skin. 10-12k

I bought a req 9, 14% in a stance Mursaat Horn Bow today for 25k on auctions. So I guess your bow is roughly double the price... 50-60k

This bow is semi-rare and has a perfect req, but those perfectionist will still complain about that lacking %. Go for 40-50k. Don't buy mods...

The mods add up to around 20-25k, low req, perfect skill recharge mod but a lacking fast cast mod. I would shoot for 30-35k.
