It's pointless these days, skills are supposedly easier to get, someone's gonna get pissed off and well...ya...same as attribute refunds....

Put simply, don't worry about even trying to get it. It will come to you. Just play the game, go through the missions and you will reach it....

Would still help for earning rank without already having it. Some other way to show you are experienced. /signed very happily
