11-22 is max. All caster stuff (canes, rods, wands, staffs) are all max damage of 11-22. Thanks... can I get a second opinion? Another guesstimate?

I'd try to salvage the +29HP mod out. It's worth 40k. As opposed to the 6k/decent axe you want.
