Yes, one of the little bumps in the game. You have a better chance to pull something out of an unidentified item (rune, bowgrip, axe haft, etc.)...
Okay...the quests are worth 5K plus in experience. I was under the impression that you pretty much had to be level 20 to be able to suceed here....
