Except PaH is removed by Contemplation. ;P OOB is a nice touch. Anything non-enchantment would be nice too.

If Anet wanted to increase the importance of the mesmer, start to include more nasty monk-type monsters in the game.

You probably do it the same way you do any other I-build. Except, you know, you have no real bonus for being a warrior. And your energy issues...
