I think a great idea would be for a GvG type thing but those 6 bosses vs. your party. That would probably hurt the 4-5 man teams a bit.

No, it's +5 each, globablly stacking. I have 3 pieces and it's +15 for me. As in, symbol of wrath does 22 + 15 = 37 damage.

As for elementals, they can't be knocked down, except for the boss ones. Why this is so, I have no clue, but they are the only ones that will...
