Well, let's just say using Backfire and Diversion without Fast Casting. is literally screaming "INTERRUPT ME!" in PvP.

Replace Stolen Speed with Echo or Glyph of Renewal. I like the recent buff to Power Spike. But I think I like Shame better than Guilt.

Don't get too attached to Power Block though. I like Blackout.
