imho this is only good for monk/ranger cause they are always having stuff like backfire and empathy cast on em. otherwise i dont likr this skill....
why use this when enfeeble doesnt make you lose health?
one of the few spells that directly cause weakness. good for n/e or e/n casters. cast this, stoning, then aftershock and youve got one dead enemy
this owns against those close knit smite monk groups and it owns against an infestation of warriors
this really isnt that good. slower for 5 seconds. ooh! water trident might be harder to get but is definitely better than this imho
umm... i think in Lions arch. you can also get it in a quest in yaks bend. not positive on these things just dont remember where i got them =D

why are all the other wards under earth magic but this is under water? earth needs more elites! it is a very good spell but very hard to get...
