Faction for losing?

It was down for me too for a while. Funny thing is I could get through just fine through a proxy. Made me think my IP was banned or something.

Isn't it so you have to wait until your region has to have favor so you can go to fissure and UW instead of switching over and over?

I hope this summers PvE zones contain enough challenge to keep PvEers busy. At least as long as the next chapter. I hope GW lasts a long time too.
