Might be decent for hammer users as we gain adren much slower than others. Where can I find this skill?

Be useful if it recharged our adrenaline enough to use 2-3 skills that are adrenaline based in a row... Only thing I can think of is perhaps...

You're correct. I find it quite disturbing that Necros can get that close to our armor rating.
