Yes, you can get Sentinel looking armor with Glad stats in two towns. (1.5 and 15k.)

Anytime I go to a loading screen, I get Error 7 or Code=005. It used to be only new places' loading screen that would cause this, but now...

One green that isn't perfect that comes to mind is Ivor's Smiting Rod with only +3 Energy while enchanted.
