if it's disabled for 120...60 then it won't matter anyway. no one uses SF with low shadow arts so it'll have the same recharge in the end.

sorry to be so quick to judge. i'm used to my ele being hit for 300 dmg per hit in HM lol. good use of the correct enchantments in that case.
