Aggressive is cheap, you just precast before battle and never need to do so again. Keep it up with burning anthem or similar. I'm not sure...

Quick glance: try aggressive refrain (leadership) and save your elite slot

Spear of Lightning (and Barbed Spear if i have a spare slot) is all I really bother with. Don't even need Blazing Spear most of the time...

16 leadership is overkill, I find 12 to be fine, especially with "Watch Yourself!" and "Go for the Eyes!": energy fountains....
