It affects spells only. Otherwise I'd be using a Gorrel's Cane and Vokur's Chakram to be spamming traps non-stop.

I've never bought / found / sold a brute before. I'd run a search on forums / auctions and guestimate based on other brutes.

I've checked, it's 3/1 vamp with no %>50, % while stance, or % while enchanted.

I'll lose about 50k that I spent on axes (no grips), but it'll be covered much more by HoD swords not dropping in value.
