Hmmm If it can be cast through walls that is a very good spell in itself lol.
I think the point to this skill is to build up adrenaline not do damage.................but it does some damage.
Hmmm I have always underestimated this skill later in the game but i might use it just to fight degen...
This might also be a skill that might help some of us necros farm since it increases your health amount and with spiteful spirit and maybe a monk...
Yes this is a VERY good skill and won thunderhead keep for us today especially since we had a monk with heal area that could heal my minions...
