That site DID include Bonus packs with the normal and CE editions, but they had to remove them from the deal because SO MANY PEOPLE ordered off...
I'm back up to ~40% of the time having slowdowns or complete page load errors. Not QUITE as bad as before the server upgrade, but getting there.
It wasnt really for touchers Shuuda. Its a counter to Shock and Blackout - The two touch skills that actually see play big time in High lvl pvp....
On the armor it will list "infused" as a modifer.
