Kuchiki Akio - Ether Prism seems to be glitched right now, and doesnt factor in that cap. It also works off the energy you had BEFORE you casted...
If Ether Prism works off of the energy you had BEFORE its energy cost is factored in like your picture suggests...then its useful. BUt if it does...
A better question is with an effect like its how could it not be global. But yes, it doesnt matter what armor peice is on..
