I agree with making the skills you already unlocked cheap for your other characters... like 500g or so. I do hope to see more skill related quests...

I forgot.. but don't Faction quest reward you with gold to let you have more freedom in buying the skill you want? I think they change to like...
maybe make the +5e as a weapon mod? that way can apply to other bows (or other respective weapons) too...
If technologically possible with out taking too much of bandwidth... than yes.
There are lots concept class in the suggestion fourm to look at.... For me.. first I look at the "Cool" factor.. than how unique it is,...
