Also if you have heroes in your party when you accept a quest reward, they get the exp too. Heroes are very easy to level.

Or it could be (and I think it is) a preorder item that you can't get anymore, or a promo item like the Cokeplay stuff....

What about quests that you can't get on import characters? i.e. Elonaian quests on Tyrian characters? If that's addressed, /signed.
