Same thing happened to me last night. Waited, tried the reconnect thing. No luck. I was also in a dungeon for close to 2 hours when it happened.
Then everyone who got these gloves during the preview should have to cough up the difference.
I don't like the armor for any character in GWEN (except some of the gloves). I have always gone on looks that please me, not status or price....
