but these kind of weapons are not really useful, since you can only have maxiumum 20% fast cast or fast recharge, that means if u have a 20/20 off...

But you can only use judge insight for smiting, using symbol of wrath or b.a will scare the monsters away. So I dun think there are many smiting...
