I know it's a silly question, but do you have an active internet connection when you attempt to start the game? I know you probably do, so...
Outside of a town or outpost, say in a mission, all armour is the same resolution. Inside of a town or outpost where there is a load of people...

Why not just have the ability to drop a full 10 slot bag into each storage slot. That would do me for now, until a better solution is rolled out...
