All the chapter 2 armor looks ugly to me, I'd go with chapter 1.
My mesmer and monk are both PvE chars. I joined a team once and someone said 'omg we have a preset skills mesmer' just by looking at me
Haven't tried it with succor, but I didn't find maintaining enchantments as much of a problem as people say it is. P&H does work along...
