probably because the trade channel is filled w/wts spammers and they will get drowned out, or just ignored by new players who don't even have...
there's nothing wrong w/it if he already happens to use str/tactics. I keep about 3 shields on me and switch them around.
do you just use it like a skill while fighting some guy? do you need to use it while they are in the middle of a particular skill you want to steal?
