well first, they are rarer maxed at lower attributes second, if you are primary of something else you don't need much for max dmg

i do not think it is possible to be lvl 10 at dragons--lowest ascension i have seen is lvl 3 (lulu)

soul reaping runes ARE useful...necromancers use soul reaping even though there are no skills for it.

hammers dont sell for much but id say 10k-20k for this skin whenever i salvage hammers like this i always get the elemental mod-i don't know...
