IMHO, req 9 shouldn't drop elsewhere then HoH. or maybe non-max ones can drop in PvE. Something that's won't jack with rare prices too...

Gold inscribable dwarven axe, non max, fair req, 30k Pretty sure it has a +20 enchant too. Add 10k for a +5E inscription. Am willing to negotiate....

I only pug if I need a challenge, or absolutly cannot complete it without people. I do use guildies in missions though!
