Heh I got to R/W6 But I restared my character, I want to craft him perfectly. And I shall do so again.

It was on my map when I started, I never ran there.

It's automatic. Get it when you start.

I use the map travel to get there. To acess map travel click 'M' or go to 'Menu'.
