The reason I usually don't like your builds is because of the lack of proper equipment and/or little to no utility.

-20% = x*0.80 no? so it's either (10*0.80)*1.3 or (10*1.3)*0.80...you can leave the brackets so...

Sounds good for me... Nice way of using [skill]Ash Blast[/skill]. Too bad it's 1 sec cast, and not 3/4th like [skill]Blinding Surge[/skill]
