I thought +15% from inscriptions and +20 fom customisation where both damage scalers..so either they both affect it, or they don't.

I think it's like d-shot, only hits the mentioned damage.

Keep in mind: Unconditional weapons are actually inferior to have a 15>50 and 20<50. You can have 20% damage if you're below 50%, but...
