Full survivor unless you're running spirit's strength, then +15AL. I can't think of any reason for a rit to run radiants.
Sadly, most of the spells requiring items are terrible. I wouldn't use junk like renewing surge if didn't have the conditional.
I refuse to farm anything for longer than 5 minutes. It seems I have attention span issues.
