My sound gets really loud after a while, not sure if it is because I minimize alot, which I do. But it just gets really loud, it overshadows...

AoD is broken, not broken as in it doesn't work, as in it is to damn good. It is one of the best skills in the game at the moment.

Escape should cancel it, by default keyboard setup. Press f11 and you can change it.

Sword, Quivering blade. Axe, Evicerate. Not much of a competition imo. Dragon Slash does not work well with Final Thrust
