By your title you need help and i would go by what everyone is say in this thread don't cheap out on the PSU if have to get a chaper video...

Have you tried pushing Ctrl-Alt-Delete togher then under the processes see if GW is running

Ya the PSU is actully the most important part in your comp something you don't want to skimp out on if you do get a cheap one and it fry's...

me personally pat of you problem is useing the stock Heatsink which are crap i think i'm useing a Thermalright XP-90 and man does it work good...
