I tried this on my Ogden Smiting build (Divine boon, smiter's boon, zealot's fire) w/ 14 divine. He never used it ONCE...I got SO annoyed...

You have to be damaged by "Sorrow's Flame" The icon of some flaming skull, i think, will show up in your damage history. Getting set...
