Yeah, it wouldn't be very cool to have a limited amount of these items, since they're not able to be traded to anyone.

You get a regular version of the eternal blade, turai sword. its so big! customized when ya get it though

Nope, as others have said it is part of the game, there isn't anything that can be done to obtain more skills on your bar. ====closed====
