I've seen people try to sell all 100 for 75k, its quite a bit more than 500g, but i guess the wts 100 glacial stones part is what gets peoples...

You might want to PM the auction administrator, he can probably help more than I can, i sometimes have troubles with the auction area, also.

I'd say if you want to get to gw:en quicker, then factions, as it levels you up much faster. Otherwise the best one for a starting player...

Dwarven armor can't be added to HoM. You guessed right, because none of the dwarven armor is part of a set.
