mesmer has armor ignoring dmg too and it works. I know that hes weak in pve but still... And thats a great idea with the wand, time to take frenzy...

Do not forget that the title doesn't work on some hexes too. If mesmer hexes have increased dmg then so should the necromancer hexes.

Not only the +5% dmg benefit but also the reduced dmg which does quite a bit for a mass of minions. And +5% dmg isnt as much when you attack lvl...

mesmer hexes like backfire deal increased dmg so i thought that ss should deal increased dmg too... And as for the minions, you make em so they...

yes i agree. i have 9 pve chars and i really dont want to spend 900k for the gems. He should be easy accessable but they shouldnt change the quest.
