ANet is also banning people that abuse the current pvp glitch where you can attack your own team.

it is 5 teams, but they have to be 5 different teams, not the same team 5 times.

if you go to support.guildwars.com and fill things out appropriately you can do everything you want there, report bugs, report violations, etc....
