Wow. All the 'Mantra's' used to be maintained enchantments. I sometimes wish Mantra of Inscriptions still were...but only sometimes!
For PvP, Distortion is by far superior because you can use it while KDed. Also, the "Block" bit of Warding makes you vulnerable to things...

Why Hsig? Ether Feast would work better as it allows you to put more attribute points in instead of spreading throughout 5 attributes.
