I don't want to turn a price check into a discussion thread, but isn't the +10 energy another inherent mod? I wasn't going to bother...

Sorry, but I'd like a second opinion. Just because enchanting is worth 3k I believe, and that is worth it (to me at least). So, anyone else?

Mods: +10 Energy Max Damage (Req. 13: Does that make it worthless?) 10% Chance to halve casting time of spells Lengthens Enchantments by 19% Not...

+10 Energy, Max Dmg, req. 10, 9% chance to halve spell recharge, +5 energy (Insightful) Enchantments 20% longer. Anyone have an estimate? Thanks.
