it could be usefull if they capped armor @ 40 instead of 60 and use the skill with epidemic or fevered dreams or something like that

[skill]called shot[/skill] doesnt activate faster then why would someone use it ?

I actually like factions it has a cool storyline and the landscapes are very nice
