Oh yeah I meant to have that on the jagged prot. Cleaned it up and fixed attributes. Also, you can run it without mercs!

I kinda put this together for S&G's, but it's surprisingly not bad...then again there are plenty of not bad 7H builds

You'd think after repeating the same mistake of ridiculous buffs --> trash meta nobody likes --> nerf countless times anet would quit...
