The whole PvE part of the game is RPG. There is nothing stopping anyone from rping while doing the quests or missions.

Just wait for factions, plenty of use for all those skillpoints there, I would assume.

Doing the same missions over and over again will get boring eventualy. And once someone got all the skills/items he needs, there isnt much else to...
