1041 fortunes - 9 tigers. My experience has been to never open more than 50 fortunes on a single character. If a toon has not hit a tiger by 50...

2 more tigers from 132 fortunes. Total of 8 tigers from about 1000 fortunes. 41 more fortunes 1 tiger... Final totals: 1041 fortunes total of 9...

800 fortunes 6 tigers, usually got the tiger pretty fast(about 20-30 fortunes). If a character went over 50 I would change characters. Not sure if...
