For a PvE character once they get to level 20, there is always: - Finish the storyline :P - Go and cap all the elite's - Gain more skill...

- All PvE character's start at level 0(or is it 1? can't remember.. LOL) and need to level up to level 20. - PvP character's start at...

- You would have access to both ranger and monk skills and could use both. - You'd also be able to increase the standard attributes of a monk...

What about a build that doesn't have/rely on an Elite skill? Not everyone has Elite's.. and would like a build that doesn't rely it on...
