Hmm indeed one of my main concern with quickshot/needling shot builds is the energy and I also go with 13 expertise not to be quickly dry....

Hmm Factions had the same reqs than Prophecy, however I felt a change. I was playing Prophecy with the minimum req before Factions with no lag...
