Heard gold/purple items have lower requirements sometimes. Such as max damage gold bows can have req 8-10 instead of 12-13.
Huh? I haven't seen Mursaat use lightning at all, and IMO Mursaat hammer has nothing "Mursaat" about it, so you're right. Maybe...
