My friend deleted all but 1 of his characters. Their total hours was almost 1500. Hes never been happier.

Spend a few hours running around...and unless you do say, 2 missions in a row, download the map without a team...then go back and grab a team.
I went to Best Buy and preordered...and got a preorder package.... Its all where you go...and $70 is the CE
Its not always an option...although you can switch to an empty slot...either way its just not always possible/practical.
