Not at all. The only thing that effects drop rates is how many you have in your party, even then it doesnt matter if they are players or AI....

Yeah, there are 2 different outposts for the mission. If there isnt anyone in the other at the time you get a team of AI. This also happens later...

Thats a coop mission. 2 teams have to work together to complete the mission.
