Twin Serpent Lakes isn't very fun. and The 2-3 monk groups in Eastern Frontier are down right infuriating.

What's your professsion, build, and hero set-up? If you can't get sufficient help here I would also be willing to give you a hand with one...

Cleave is crap, go get eviscerate. You now have a deep wound, drop dismember for something else. Flail is garbage on an axe, use a different IAS.

Broad Head Arrow, Searing Flames, Unstaedy Ground/Ward Mele. should do for most areas.

If you're a ranger, go with BHA + apply poison, a SF spammer, unsteady ground/Ward mele ele, and a ZB or Life Sheath Prot monk. I use a build...
