ya i agree with fallot, those are very incoherent builds that dont really flow together

it now functions that you give enemy -2 nrg degen and you suffer -2 hp degen i could have sworn it used to be that you give enemy -2 nrg AND -2 hp...

also with your arguement against zealous.... you only have to hit once every 9 seconds to break even, any more hits is bonus energy that you WILL...

no they dont stack and id switch out the cruel for zealous

cleave is very good in pve

u got too many skills that will reset BR
